Every engagement at Betalstone begins with a brief discovery conversation — usually 20 minutes by phone or in person at our Kimathi Street location. From there, we put together a written scope that covers what we'll deliver, by when, and at what cost. There are no surprise add-ons billed at the end. Our team of four service specialists has handled over 400 client briefs since 2017, ranging from one-off consultations to six-month retainers. We work across the professional, retail, and light-industrial sectors common to central Nairobi.
