We prefer direct, personal contact over automated systems. During business hours — Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. — someone on the team answers the phone. Outside those hours, send an email to hello@betalstone.com and we'll respond by 9 a.m. the following business day. For appointment queries specifically, include the day and time you have in mind and we'll confirm availability within the hour during operating times. If you're passing by Kimathi Street, walk-ins are genuinely welcome — our ground-floor reception is staffed throughout opening hours.
