Betalstone is a premium local business based at 14 Kimathi Street, Nairobi, offering three core capabilities: professional services delivered against written scopes, an easy appointment system that runs on time, and a curated product range personally tested by the team. We serve individual professionals, small businesses, and growing enterprises across Nairobi — particularly in the central business district, Westlands, Karen, and Upperhill. Most of our clients find us through referral, which tells us something meaningful about the experience they receive. The business was founded in 2017 and has completed over 400 service briefs, maintained an appointment punctuality rate above 92 percent, and stocked no more than 60 product lines at any given time — a deliberate choice in favour of depth over breadth. Our indigo-themed shopfront on Kimathi is small, considered, and arranged to make every visit feel intentional rather than transactional.
How we work — and where we draw the line
Our team of seven works across services, product management, and appointment coordination. Every service engagement starts with a 20-minute scoping call and ends with a post-delivery review two weeks after close. We don't sub-contract our service work to unknown parties, and we don't take on briefs we can't resource properly — there is always a named person responsible for every engagement. On the product side, our 30-day return policy has no hidden clauses; we'd rather process a return than have a customer who quietly regrets a purchase. We are equally transparent about limits: we do not offer legal, medical, or financial advisory services. Results from our professional services can depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, third-party approvals, or client-side decisions — and we'll tell you that upfront rather than promise outcomes we can't guarantee. What we can guarantee is that we'll show up, communicate clearly, and do what we said we'd do.
