How the booking experience works, step by step
Choose a date and time from our live availability calendar — we update it every morning by 8 a.m. Confirm with your name and a brief note on what you need, and you'll receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation within minutes. On the day, arrive at 14 Kimathi Street and ask for your named contact. We keep a 10-minute buffer between appointments so delays don't cascade. If you need to reschedule, do so up to two hours before your slot at no penalty. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, though pre-booked clients take priority.
